Innovation Beyond Borders

A collaborative innovation environment, transforming promising ideas into scalable solutions.

About

Inside the Factory

01

Who we back

We support startups, SMEs, researchers, and entrepreneurs working across AI and adjacent technologies. Our approach combines practical support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international exposure that strengthen innovation readiness, resilience, and long-term sustainable growth.

02

How we do it

Each idea moves through a structured journey, translating AI capability into deployable, accountable systems.

  1. Explore

    Validate the problem

Discovery sessions with stakeholders and end users before any code is written.

  2. Design

    Build with rigour

Co-create with our research network. Architecture, governance, trust by design.

  3. Pilot

    Deploy in the wild

Living-lab environments with real users. Feedback informs every iteration.

  4. Scale

    Across regions and systems

Market translation with EU collaborators, sustaining impact at the systems level.

03

Our mentoring ecosystem

Our mentoring ecosystem is built through our international network of researchers, industry experts, sustainability specialists, policy professionals, entrepreneurs, and think tanks across Europe and beyond. Participants engage in structured pathways: mentoring, workshops, innovation clinics, and cross-border exchanges. Through direct interaction with experienced practitioners, innovators strengthen strategic thinking, leadership, and the practical skills needed to navigate complex innovation environments.

04

Beyond conventional incubation

More than a conventional incubation initiative, our Incubation Factory promotes responsible, human-centred, and sustainability-driven innovation shaped through collaboration and real-world engagement.

Particular emphasis on
  • Women
  • Youth
  • Early-stage innovators
  • Underrepresented communities

By creating accessible pathways into international innovation ecosystems, we contribute to more inclusive, resilient, and future-oriented innovation with meaningful societal and environmental impact across regions and communities.

InnoVethic

Pilot

Sovereign AI for European banking.

A knowledge assistant built around how risk, finance, compliance, and audit teams actually work. Department-aware, role-calibrated, scope-bounded, and operating inside the bank’s approved environment, not on a vendor’s cloud. Designed for the agentic ambition most internal builds stop short of.

InnoVethic is the AIforAll Global incubation focused on bringing trustworthy, regulator-aware AI inside European banks. It is built around how banks are actually organised: risk, finance, compliance, audit, each with its own documents, permissions, vocabulary, and control boundaries. It stays inside the bank’s approved environment by design, not by promise.

Where most internal banking-AI projects end at single-purpose “talk to a doc” chatbots, InnoVethic delivers something the board actually asked for: a single platform that orchestrates multiple models for cost and quality, calls the bank’s own tools and APIs, draws only on allowlisted external sources, and cites every claim back to a paragraph in a document the user is authorised to see. Departments stay walled off from each other. Every answer is auditable. Cost is controlled by routing, not by per-seat licensing.

Built ground-up in Europe for European banking. Aligned with Wwft, AMLDs, CRR/CRD, DORA, and GDPR / Schrems II transfer-risk posture from day one, not bolted on after.

Sectors: Risk · Finance · Compliance · Internal Audit
Geography: European banks
Stage: Private pilot. We work with a small number of institutions at a time to co-design the deployment with their regulatory and control teams.
Engagement: By invitation. Pilot briefings available on request.

“Built for the way banks actually work, not for the way generic AI thinks they should.”

Vidya is a hands-on learning app that demonstrates how LLM systems actually behave in practice. It makes the moving parts of an AI application visible: prompts, retrieval, tools, state, and evaluations – not just a chat box.

Everything runs on open models. No closed APIs, no vendor lock-in. The model catalogue is version-controlled; runtime selection is reproducible. Learners can swap models and see how outputs shift in real time.

The journey is incremental – from baseline chat, into prompting, retrieval, tool-use, and evaluations. Each module isolates one concept and exposes its knobs, so users see why things happen, not just what happens.

A sovereign lab where people, ideas, and innovators can grow real AI skills, without depending on any single vendor or cloud.

The Lab brings AI, Digital Twin, and XR prototyping into one environment, so innovators can try ideas out, learn from each other across sectors, and see what actually works in the real world.

Available on demand for cohorts, partner institutions, and community programmes.

ainsteins is an AI-powered learning companion for schools, colleges, and universities. Instead of sending students to a generic chatbot, it answers from your own curriculum and cites the source behind every response.

Three things it protects:

Built for institutions: configurable cohorts, branding, subjects, languages, and assessment rubrics; deployable to respect your data governance, with the option to run inside your own perimeter on local models; and outcome-linked pricing rather than per-seat, so you can scale across departments without renegotiating contracts.

SenseMaker uses distributed narrative inquiry to collect first-hand stories of how people experience AI in their work and daily lives.

The platform combines the explanatory power of stories with the visualisation of patterns at scale, supporting sensemaking around AI, tracking changes in awareness and literacy over time, and strengthening the strategic narrative.

Outputs include a current-state assessment of AI awareness and literacy, a curated storybook of collected experiences, and a tailored training programme grounded in what your community actually reports.
